John Cawly, head of the FSC, has asked all coaches reps to send this clarification of the Inline Short Program to all coaches and officials in each region.
THERE IS NO PRESCRIBED SEQUENCE FOR EITHER THE SHORT OR LONG PROGRAM. THIS DIFFERS FROM THE RULES LAST YEAR.
