Eligibility: Minimum age is fifteen (15) years (born in 2002) as calculated on January 1 in the year of the IWGA.
Proof of Age/Citizenship: Passport proof of U.S. citizenship is required. Only U.S. citizens are eligible to represent our country at the IWGA.
Team Size: A team consisting of 12 members (including 2 goalies) will be selected. The USARS Hockey Committee reserves the right to adjust team size as needed.
Your application does not include any USA Roller Sports membership benefits.

Additional Team Information: An adult, for international travel, must accompany all participants under the age of 18.
Responsibility of IWGA Players: You will be responsible for the cost of travel from your home airport to the USA Training site, then on to Poland. The total cost is $300.00 plus airfare (excluding the USARS Membership and Application Fee). The amount payable to USA Roller Sports will include hotel with three meals daily, on-site ground transportation, travel insurance, Team USA uniforms, Team USA apparel and gifts for the other countries in the competition. Sponsors may provide additional apparel and equipment.
Athlete must become a member of USA Roller Sports ($85), upon selection to a team. On-line membership can be completed at the USARS website at: http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Roller-Sports/Resources/Online-Registration – memberships expire annually on December 31.
Application Fee: $30.00 must accompany the participant’s applications.
Deadline for the Receipt of Applications: Monday, November 7, 2016.
Teams Posted: Team will be selected and posted to the USARS website by Thursday, December 1, 2016.
Payment Due Date: Player has until Monday, November 28, 2016 to accept and make the $300 fee to USARS. An alternate Player will be contacted immediately and will have 24 hours to accept and make the $300 deposit.
Airline Purchase Date: All players must purchase airline tickets by Wednesday, March 1, 2017 through USARS travel agent unless approved by USARS Hockey Committee.
